About Kimberly Marie


First off, my name is Kimberly Marie and second, as a kid I grew up in the 1980’s and 90’s where we ran outside and played.Even though I indulged in the occasional junk food I remained a rather skinny yet muscular kid and it was not until my late teens and early twenties that I started having a problem with my weight.


The first change was the introduction of birth control pills, shots, patches, “you name it” to prevent pregnancy. I was warned before starting these different methods that it could cause weight gain, but I believed I was invincible to gaining weight.


The one method that sent me over the edge was the birth control shot. I gained 30 pounds in a little over a year. Plus I was a full-time college student and I also worked full-time.


My diet slowly started to consist of mainly fast food and my pants got tighter and tighter.


Things really started to look up for me when I had my first ( of four) son 11 years ago. I wanted to know what I was really feeding him, so I began to educate myself about the negative affects of processed foods.


I devoured books, articles, and documentaries on natural health and wellness topics. Before I knew it, I was sharing information with my family and friends all while literally changing peoples lives.


As more people started coming to me for natural health & wellness tips I decided to become officially certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.


I have had the privilege of teaching people how to take action and move their bodies better. I also took a course as a Lifestyle Consultant and help others manage stress and make long lasting changes in their behavior that leads to results.


Right now I’m studying to become a Nutrition Coach to complete my instruction and certification.
