Regular exercise routines are needed for many of us today. Modern technologies require very little human activity. Now… many machines perform the chores that past generations of people did themselves. More people sit for hours a day computing and watching TV while obesity and health related diseases have skyrocketed in our modern American culture.
Without regular exercise, people do not use their bodies, as the human machines that they are.

Adding at least 5 days of moderate cardiovascular exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes lowers your risk of developing diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease related illnesses.
When you walk, run, dance and participate in cardiovascular exercises, it builds up your heart muscle and it becomes stronger.
It improves your respiratory system, as oxygen levels in the blood increases and improves circulation throughout your body, which gives your cells energy to work better. It also thins the blood naturally reducing the risks of blood clots.

Exercise helps your immune system function even BETTER! Who doesn’t want to be more resistant to getting sick or heal quicker?

People who are trying to maintain or lose weight benefit from regular exercise, as it helps them achieve their goals easier than dieting alone.
